LTS Registration Form: Edit Class Time Slots
Click for Editor Instructions
Use this page to manage the time slots and registration status for each class level on the default Learn to Skate form. Changes made here update the schedule option data used by the public registration forms.
What you can update here
- Schedule Form
This page always works against the schedule form set as the site's default Learn to Skate form (configured once, in the theme's options fields) — there's no dropdown to pick a different form here. If you ever need to work on a different form's time slots, that's done in LTS Edit Class Details or by contacting the site administrator. - Select a Class Level
Choose the class level or add-on you want to edit from the second dropdown. The dropdown shows the class name and type (Top Level or Add On). - View Class Setup Information
The Class Setup section displays read-only reference information managed in LTS Edit Class Details. This cannot be edited from this screen. - Manage Class Time Slots
Add, update, or remove time slot rows using the Class Options table. Each row represents one scheduled session with a class code, status, day, start time, and end time. - Save Changes
Click Save Class Options to save your edits to the selected class level. - Apply Updates (Sync 2)
After saving, click Apply Updates (Sync 2) to push your updates into the live registration form.
Important Notes
- Changes are not visible on the live registration form until you click Apply Updates (Sync 2).
- Top Level Classes appear as selectable registration levels on the form.
- Add On Classes only appear when their related parent class is selected by the registrant.
- Removing a time slot row removes that session from the registration form after you next run Apply Updates (Sync 2).
- Class status options are: Open, Full, and Waitlist.

- Making layout, styling, or website design changes
If you need any of the changes above, please contact the site administrator.
