Schedule Form Class Editor

Manage the class definitions for the Learn to Skate scheduling form — add, edit, or remove classes, set their type (Top Level or Add On), configure pricing, descriptions, and add-on relationships, then sync those changes into the Class Options data.

Schedule Form Class Editor

Click for Editor Instructions

Use this page to manage the class definitions for the SQSA schedule forms — including class names, types, pricing, descriptions, and add-on relationships. Changes made here feed into the Class Options editor and ultimately into the live registration forms via the sync process.

What you can update here

  • Select a Schedule Form
Choose the registration form you want to edit from the Schedule Form dropdown. The form details panel below it shows reference information for that form.
  • Select a Class
Choose the class you want to edit from the Class dropdown. The dropdown shows the class name and type where set.
  • Class Name
The display name for this class as it will appear in the registration form. Required — a class cannot be saved without a name, and no two classes on the same form can share the same name.
  • Class Type
Set to Top Level for a standalone class, or Add On for a class that accompanies another. Defaults to Top Level if not set.
  • Available For Parents
Appears only for Add On classes. Check each Top Level class this add-on should be offered alongside — you can check more than one.
  • Price, Duration, Sort Order
Enter the class fee, session length in weeks, and the display order. Classes with no sort order set will appear at the end of the list, sorted alphabetically among themselves. If two classes share the same sort order they will be sorted alphabetically between them. Add On classes are always placed after their parent class regardless of sort order.
  • Ecwid Product
Shows the Ecwid product this class is linked to, as "Product Name (Ecwid ID)". This is set automatically by the sync process and cannot be edited here.
  • Class Level Description
A description of the class that appears in the registration form for registrants.
  • Class Image (optional)
Pick a photo from the Media Library or upload a new one using Select Image (or Change Image/Remove image once one is set). It's pushed to the matching Ecwid product automatically on the next sync — no need to upload it separately in Ecwid.
  • Save Class
Saves all changes to the currently selected class.
  • Remove Class
Permanently removes the selected class. If the class has existing time slots in the Class Options editor, a warning will be shown before the removal is confirmed. Removed classes and their time slots will be removed from the registration form after the next sync.
  • Add New Class
Creates a new blank class entry for you to fill in and save.
  • Apply Changes to Associated Class Options
After saving class changes, click this button to propagate your updates into the Class Options data (Sync 1). This must be done before running the registration form sync. The result message confirms how many classes were added or preserved.

Important Notes

  • Changes are not visible on the live registration form until you run Apply Changes to Associated Class Options followed by Apply Changes to the Schedule Form on the Class Options editor page.
  • Class names must be unique within a form. Saving a duplicate name will be blocked with an error message.
  • The Field Key is auto-generated from the class name when first saved and is used internally to match classes across the system. It is never shown on the frontend and should never be changed manually on the backend.
  • Top Level Classes appear as selectable registration levels on the form.
  • Add On Classes only appear when their related parent class is selected by the registrant.
  • Removing a class that has existing time slots will also remove those time slots from the registration form after the next sync.

What this editor does not control

This editor manages class definitions only. Time slots and registration status for each class are managed in the Schedule Form Class Options.

  • Adding or editing class time slots (days, times, class codes, status)
  • Creating entirely new registration forms
  • Changing Forminator field structure or registration logic
  • Updating payment settings, checkout settings, or Ecwid store configuration
  • Making layout, styling, or website design changes

If you need any of the changes above, please contact the site administrator.

You do not have permission to edit schedule class admin data.
